Our Neuro Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation that examines various aspects of brain function to identify and address underlying issues. During the assessment, we focus on the following key areas:
Primitive Reflexes: We check for the presence of primitive reflexes, which are automatic, stereotypical movements that are typically present in infancy but should diminish as the child grows. Persistent primitive reflexes can indicate neurological immaturity.
Body Awareness: We assess the patient's awareness of their body and how it moves through space. This includes evaluating proprioception (the sense of body position) and kinesthetic awareness (the sense of body movement).
Processing and Synchronization: We evaluate how efficiently the brain processes and synchronizes information. This includes assessing sensory integration, motor planning, and cognitive processing speed.
Left vs. Right Brain Weakness: We assess for any imbalance or weakness between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, which can affect various cognitive functions.
After the Neuro Assessment, we create a customized program based on the individual's needs. This may include a home program designed to be done independently and a more intensive onsite program. Our goal is to help each patient reach their optimal level of functioning.
We work with individuals of all ages, and we encourage guardians to observe the assessment process to gain a better understanding of our approach. Our assessment is designed to uncover the root problems of conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, learning disabilities, speech issues, memory problems, and more.

Our Neuro Assessment is a personalized experience designed to evaluate your brain function and identify areas that may need support. Here's what you can expect:
Duration: The assessment typically takes up to 45 minutes. This allows our trained technician to thoroughly evaluate various aspects of your brain function.
One-on-One Session: Your assessment will be conducted in a one-on-one setting with a trained technician. This ensures that you receive personalized attention throughout the assessment process.
Hands-On Evaluation: The assessment involves hands-on evaluation techniques to assess primitive reflexes, body awareness, processing, synchronization of the brain, and left vs. right brain weakness. These techniques help us understand how your brain is functioning and identify any areas of concern.
Comfortable Environment: We strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients. Our goal is to make the assessment process as stress-free as possible.
Guardian Involvement: Guardians are welcome to accompany you during the assessment. This allows them to observe the process and gain a better understanding of our approach.
Customized Recommendations: Based on the results of your assessment, we will provide you with customized recommendations. This may include a home program and/or an onsite program tailored to address your specific needs.
